Peter Sellers, "When I'm Cleaning Windows"

If you've never seen "Being There," you're missing out on one driest comedies of all time--and I mean that as a compliment.  Peter Sellers doesn't play the ukulele in the film, but again, it's a dry comedy.  Great movie.
