I read a really interesting article in Willamette Week today about Carrie Brownstein, one of the members of Sleater-Kinney. Really, it's probably most enjoyable to people who know Portland well--which you'll get within the first two paragraphs, about the ridiculously slow drivers around here. But it's a good read all around.
Anyway, she was in this band, whose music I've never heard before. And now I have. And so shall you.
